This open rhinoplasty patient from Vancouver, B.C. was unhappy with the general size and orientation of his nose. During the open rhinoplasty procedure the profile was lowered and the tip was rotated, deprojected and shortened. A long and hooked nose is often associated with advancing age so in addition to achieving a very aesthetically pleasing result, the patient also looks more youthful.
