This client was unhappy with the curvature of her nose, the lack of definition of the tip and, on profile, the length and height of the nose. Following open rhinoplasty, the nose has been straightend and the tip made more defined and symmetric. On profile view, the tip has been deprojected, rotated and the dorsal height lowered. Overall a more balanced and aesthetically pleasing nose.
