This patient was unhappy with the size and shape of her nose. Specifically the prominence of the nose when viewed from the side as well as the projection of the tip. From the front, the tip was bulbous and poorly formed and the nose was misalligned. Open rhinoplasty resulted in tip deprojection, tip refinement and significant dorsal reduction. Post operative photos is 10 months following surgery.
